GROOMING

 

 

At Furry Pawz & Clawz your pet is guaranteed to have a personal and unique experience with our groomer. Scheduling an appointment allows your furry one to be groomed in a timely manner while getting the one-on-one attention needed. Most grooming appointments can take approximately two to three hours depending on the breed, condition of coat, or the number of appointments scheduled for that day. Grooming takes place Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Non-Refundable Deposit:
For all requested appointments please note that we are collecting a non-refundable deposit of $30 for dogs and $60 for cats, per pet. This deposit will be used towards your service cost, it is non-refundable and will be used to secure that appointment only. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule the deposit can not be used to secure a future appointment. A new non-refundable deposit is required to secure another appointment. You are responsible to make sure your vaccination record is updated with current vaccines prior to your appointment. By paying your deposit, you have chosen to accept Furry Pawz & Clawz Pet Salon's terms and conditions.

Please be prompt when dropping off and picking up your pet. When dropping off there is a 15-minute grace period for lateness, after 15 minutes you will have to reschedule and/or be assessed a $15 Fee in the event that we are able to fit you into the schedule for that day, additional fees will be assessed to anything over a half-hour. Once the grooming is complete you will receive a phone call alerting you that your pet is ready for pick up.  Anything over 30 minutes from the time scheduled for pick up will be assessed a $15 Fee, additional fees will be assessed for anything over one hour. After closing hours (6:00p.m), late pick-up will start at a $20 Fee, additional fees will be assessed for anything over thirty minutes.

Not only are we required by law, but for the health and safety of our furry friends and our team, all Pets must have their current Rabies, DAPP, & Bordetella vaccinations in order to be groomed. Please provide your updated medical document upon your 1st visit. You are welcome to email or fax your document beforehand.

We are a FLEA & TICK FREE zone; however if fleas or ticks are found during the course of service, we are obligated to perform our Flea & Tick treatment at your expense.

Please be aware that extra charges may apply for dog’s/cat’s temperament, coat texture, and matting. We have the right to turn away pets that we believe may cause harm to itself or our team while grooming.

  • De-shedding shampoo $7 (recommended when furminating)

  • Furminating $15-$25 (predominantly for short hair dogs. Reduces shedding up to 90%)

 

FURRY PAWZ GROOMING (Cats)

We offer a complete spa package for cats along with specialty cuts including the well-known Lion Cut. You may ask yourself, why is cat grooming so expensive? Well, cat grooming is not easy and can be quite dangerous! And when we schedule a cat for grooming it changes the whole schedule for the day.
